Yes. Your details are handled confidentially by our team to protect submitters, and are never published alongside a report.
How long does a review take?
Reports are typically reviewed within 24–48 hours, including giving the artisan a chance to respond.
What will you do with our report?
Our team verifies the details, protects your contact info, and uses verified outcomes to update the artisan's trust score on Frankdom Connect.
How is this different from Frankdom Connect?
Frankdom Connect is where you find and book artisans. Frankdom Trust is the accountability layer behind it — the record that makes the badges on Connect mean something.

What we publish about an artisan
We only publish a trust status (New, Building trust, Verified, Verified Pro, or Flagged), a trust score, and a report count. We do not publish the text of individual reports, complainant identities, or uploaded proof files publicly — those are used internally for review only.
Before a report affects anyone's record
A report only counts toward an artisan's public score after our team reviews it and marks it Verified. Unreviewed and dismissed reports never affect the public score or badge. Artisans can dispute a report at any time using the link above.
Reporter confidentiality
Your phone number and report details are used to verify and investigate a report. They are not published alongside the report or shared with the artisan without your knowledge.
Coverage and jurisdiction
This tool accepts reports from any location, not only Lagos. Because laws on defamation and data handling vary by country, if you believe a report about you is false or harmful, use the dispute link above rather than pursuing other action first — most concerns are resolved through review.
